We don't have the book you're looking for in stock? Please Contact us, we could order it for you. Special orders are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

 

If you order online

 

When will I receive my order?

 

Our goal is to prepare your order within 1 to 2 working days after receiving it. Longer delays may be expected during peak periods.

 

Free in-store pickup

 

You can choose to pick up your order in store. We will notify you by email as soon as it is ready.

 

Shipping Policy

 

You will receive an email indicating the status of your order as well as a Canada Post tracking number. You can choose a delivery address other than the billing address.

 

Free delivery

 

The Bible House offers you free delivery costs for your order if it meets the following conditions:

• Purchase of $ 75 minimum, before taxes, per order and per delivery address.

• The delivery address is in the province of Quebec (exceptions may apply for remote or hard-to-reach areas)

 

Note that the cancellation of one or more items ordered which would reduce the total before taxes of your order to less than $ 75; a change of address or a modification of the delivery method may deprive you of the right to free delivery.

 

Free shipping cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. In the event of a return, the delivery costs borne by the Bible House will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

Customs charges and local taxes may apply; they are the responsibility of the recipient and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Are the exchange and refund policies the same in-store as they are online?

 

You can return an item purchased online to our bookstore for a refund within 10 days of the date of purchase. The sales slip or electronic transaction receipt is mandatory. Internet orders are subject to the same policies as for a purchase made in-store. The customer has 10 days from the date of delivery.

My book is out of inventory, what should I expect?

 

Books and items that we do not have in stock can usually be ordered and delivered within one to five weeks.

You will be notified if a supplier informs us that an item on order is no longer available.

We cannot be held responsible for failure to respect the delivery times communicated to you.

 

My product is damaged, what should I do?

 

The items supplied by The Bible House are new and guaranteed to be free from defects. If it happens that an item is defective or does not correspond to what had been ordered, we undertake to exchange or refund it, including the shipping costs, within ten days of the date of delivery. 

You must first obtain our authorization before returning any ordered item.

The returned item must be accompanied by the delivery slip and a copy of the invoice.

 

I would like to return or exchange an item, what should I do?

 

Complaints and return requests for reimbursement must be made within ten (10) days of the invoice date for ordering them to be picked up in store or ten (10) days of receipt of the package for orders delivered at home.

Returns are at the customer's expense; no merchandise will be accepted if damaged or marked. The delivery costs borne by the Bible House will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

Reimbursement by credit or debit card must be made to the same card used for the initial purchase.
